I am currently the President and owner of Middleton & Associates. My hopes are to combine top-notch real estate professionalism with understanding and a personal touch to help the company’s clients navigate what can be one of the more stressful times in their lives.

Since receiving the Triple Platinum Award with Keller Williams, I have increased my sales productivity to an uncommon level and have been selected for inclusion in Who’s Who Among Rising Young Americans, Mike Ferry Hall of Fame, Re/Max Hall of Fame and ranked #24 nationally out of more than 110,000 Re/Max agents. I have also been ranked in the top 25 out of 80,000 Keller Williams Agents and have ranked as one of the top two producers in San Diego County for the last two years according to the San Diego MLS statistics. In 2008 I was named one of the 40 people to know under 40, by San Diego Magazine.

To date, I have sold more then 1,500 homes! For ten consecutive years I have sold over 80 homes per year. In the last five years, my sales volume has totaled more than $450 million and have sold an average of 93 homes per year.

After years with franchise, I decided it was time to bring YOUR home and not the company label to the public eye. I founded the La Jolla's premier boutique luxury firm known as the Middleton and Associates Realty that caters Luxury real estate services throughout the greater San Diego area.

I attribute my success in today’s fiercely competitive marketplace to my unique Team Partnership concept. Unlike a traditional real estate agency, I have assembled a diverse staff of real estate support specialists and experts who deliver more services to clients and work at a high level of proficiency. I consciously chose a team of experts who would provide the customer service I wished to achieve.
