Solana Beach’s 4-square Italy

What’s not to love in San Diego when it already has a little Italy in it? Las Vegas Times said that walking in the streets of Cedros is like a stroll down in a charming European side street. What adds up to Cedros’ Italian vibe are the mid-century buildings that were renovated to be outlets. Cedros Design District in Solana Beach CA is a berth of art with its over 85 unique shops. It is quite surprising
that there are no two shops that are totally alike!

As one of the shopping districts in San Diego, Cedros has outlets that sellapparels, jewelries, specialty items, home furnishings and decors. It’s not only the place that’sspecial, but also the items that are being sold. The designers of the pieces are devoted in making unique quality items whichcannot be found in malls -- making their products more exclusive.Truly a shining example why real estate in San Diego stays strong.

But if you are now thinking that Cedros is just a place for shopping, let me cut your conclusion by telling that there are also events in Cedrosthat the everyone looks forward to. One is Cedros Design District Gallery Nights. It’s the time of the month when new exhibits are showcased while live music is playing in the background. Gallery Nights are usually held every 3rd Thursday of the month. Aside from the monthly District Gallery Night, people are also looking forward to Sundays for it is the time to purchase a variety of organic food in Cedros Avenue Market. The market is held during Sundays only, from 2pm-5pm.

While art is the only way to run without leaving home, according to Twyla Tharp, you may consider living through art by experiencing all of these by purchasing a Solana Beach real estate. Imagine living everyday seeing art and breathing art. Relaxing, right?

The Best Suburbs in San Diego

So you've finally made up your mind that you are going to live in San Diego. You'll have the best weather all year round, with the beautiful beaches just a few minutes away from you and all that. But wait. Have you decided exactly where's the most suitable area for you? If not yet, then here's a little something to help you make that final choice.

Here are just some of the most popular suburbs in San Diego county:

Poway - it is often referred to as "city in the country". Poway has a lot to offer when it comes to outdoor recreation and it is also known for having a family-friendly neighborhood. It's popular for its parks and reserves such as Aubrey Park, Starridge Park, Lake Poway and Blue Sky Ecological Reserve

La Mesa - it is one of the best areas because of proximity to all the other places. Here you can also find lots of beautiful parks and good schools. You'll also find a lot of interesting activities here like going to the Farmer's Market in La Mesa Village every Friday afternoon. You can also check out the La Mesa Walkway of the Stars - it is actually a pedestrian walkway that's been transformed into an urban park.

Carlsbad  - it is referred to as "The Village by the Sea" by locals. It is also considered as one of the more affluent seaside areas in San Diego. It is a highly recommended area if you prefer to stay in the northern coast. Although the cost of housing in Carlsbad is pretty higher compared to others, it is nonetheless worth every penny. The most popular activity that you can enjoy here is playing golf.

Coronado or Coronado Island - like Carlsbad, Coronado Island is more of an affluent resort city in San Diego. Its nickname, 'The Crown City', was derived from its Spanish name meaning, 'The Crowned One'.
The most spectacular event here is the annual July 4 parade.

Three Real Estate Myths Debunked!

The real estate industry is a sensitive business in nature that it tends to have some of the most conflicting and craziest idea yet. Watch the news and they will tell you that the US housing is speeding its way to recovery; read a news article on the other hand and it will tell you that the entire US housing will pop liker a bubble before the quarter ends. So many data, so many interpretations, so many things to sort out whether this or that is true or not. So honestly, who’s to believe?
